We have spent some time getting to know Molly Cairns our Customer Service Team Leader! A long standing employee that has gone above and beyond for many years, as she has moved through the ranks and looks to continue this. Get to know her personal side, and what she enjoys the most.
- Tell us a little about your role at AllCall/PropCall?
I am the Client Support Team Leader, my responsibilities include overseeing and assisting the daytime team with enquiries and client management.
- What do you love about your role?
Spending time with my amazing team is the highlight of my day but I love that sense of achievement after helping our clients deliver the highest level of customer service available.
- How did you get to where you are today?
Everything fell into place after I’d mastered these three skills – care, commitment, and credibility.
- What makes AllCall/PropCall stand out?

- What’s your favourite film and why?
Any Adam Sandler movie because his witty humour makes me laugh every time.
- If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?
I would love to travel 1000 years into the future for the day.
