Often a loss of heating or hot water simply requires topping up the pressure of the boiler. Our team will help your callers to identify filling loops and restore functionality to ensure no unnecessary engineer attendance.
Instead of just taking the resident’s word for it, our Property Managers will do a full assessment of the severity of a leak, while also assisting callers in identifying isolation points, stop taps etc.
Let our trained Property Managers safely guide your tenants through troubleshooting a loss of power, identifying the cause of tripped consumer units and attempting to restore power.
In the event of a damaged key or lock, before instructing a locksmith, our team can assess the cause and make the right judgement call on your behalf – including confirming if the issue was caused by tenant misuse.
There’s no app to download. We simply send a link to the video call to the caller’s phone by SMS and they join via their web browser.
We can see everything the tenant sees. We can also freeze the screen and draw on the display for them, particularly handy for helping tenants to identify things such as stop taps or isolation points.
If the issue needs a contractor to attend, we can then escalate it to your preferred suppliers, giving them all the information they need to attempt a proper repair first-time.
No! Video triage is included as standard within all of PropCall’s service. All clients, big or small, can benefit from the support provided by our experienced property managers.

In the event our property managers can’t help the resident to resolve the problem, we follow your preferred route of action, discussed during setup. This can include escalating to your preferred contractor, instructing our own network of engineers, or giving you a call to seek confirmation of next steps. The service is flexible around your preferences.
