We have spent some time with Bilal Mumtaz our Head of Sales & Business Development! Get to know him on a personal level, as he pushes PropCall and AllCall further than before.
- Tell us a little about your role at AllCall/PropCall
I manage the Sales Department on a day to day basis and ensure that our targets are hit, the team stays motivated and we are bringing in new business. Additionally, I lend my knowledge to Account Management of existing clients, I consistently check our services are up to standard across the board.
- What do you love about your role?
Watching and being involved in the business growth on a daily basis is the biggest perk! We started with a couple of thousand units under management, we are now aiming for 100k. So big things happen every day and being involved in this is the most rewarding part of my job. The Sales team are maturing and becoming increasing competent in their role day by day. This is also rewarding to see that my knowledge is being pass through the ranks and I can help build my colleagues career and passion in Sales.
- How did you get to where you are today?
Through constantly falling over and learning from my mistakes, which I believe the best way to learn as you have first-hand experience on the do’s and don’ts. Sales is constantly evolving and are people, so making sure you understand your market and customers is important. I don’t see myself having completed my journey and never wanted to jump to the top of the ranks from the start, enjoyment of the process is how I got to where I am today and how I’ll continue to go further.
- What makes AllCall/PropCall stand out?
We care for each client and treat everyone like an individual, there isn’t a blanket approach which makes us tailored and bespoke. We will sit down with you, spend the time to get to know your needs and wants, then relay our implementation plan to make this happen. The 360 approach to each client makes us stand out and grows our knowledge in industries. Additionally, at PROPCALL / ALLCALL we work as family and take care for each other. This in-turns creates a working environment that produces results. The more we grow the more our clients grow.
- What’s your favourite film and why?
The Pursuit of Happyness. Don’t ever let somebody tell you, you can’t do something. Not even me.
- If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?
The names Bilal, Bilal Bond. MI6 at your service…
- Who’s your favourite superhero or villain and why?
Batman, because you don’t need superpowers to be great.
