We are proud to announce the progression and investment in our team by promoting three members of staff to brand new roles within the company, alongside welcoming a new face.

As part of our ongoing people focus for the year, we are committed to making sure our team is as strong as it can be. That’s why we have promoted three of our current members of staff! Congratulations to Tom Dickens, Sam Eathorne and Akbar Ul-Haque, who have all stepped into new roles recently, following outstanding performances throughout their time at PropCall.

We would also like to introduce Delila Pipoly, our new Head of Operations, who joins us at a really exciting​​ time and is already an integral part of the team.

So, who are they and what are their brand-new roles? 

Joining as part of the company’s strategic growth plan, Delila Pipoly takes on the role of Head of Operations, with Akbar Ul-Haque stepping into the position of Senior Property Manager. Tom Dickens and Sam Eathorne have both been promoted to Assistant Property Managers. 

All four members of staff bring a fresh perspective to the business and their new positions, with their proven track records both at PropCall and in the property sector complementing their strong skillsets.

Kevin Carlton-Jones, our Head of People, expressed enthusiasm for the new additions. He said: “We are delighted to have welcomed Delila to the PropCall team. Her expertise will undoubtedly strengthen our operations department and contribute to our continued success and future growth plans.

“We are also thrilled to see three of our staff members promoted from within, showing our continued efforts in nurturing our already brilliant workforce is proving beneficial this year. Of course, we are also over the moon to see Akbar, Tom and Sam progress in their careers and smash the goals they have worked so hard to achieve.” 

With new clients signing up for our property management, call-handling and emergency call-out services across the UK, the team are continually working to fulfil our commitment to providing an excellent out-of-hours service.
