Our property management team will triage maintenance requests with our unique Video Assistance tool, helping callers to fix remotely where possible and reducing unnecessary contractor call outs.
Sometimes genuine emergencies do occur that require site attendance. We assist with emergency contractor call outs when required. All call outs are managed end-to-end with reports provided upon completion.
