We have spent some time with Josh Kinniburgh our Operations Managers! Get to know him on a more personal level as being a core member of the team since 2020.

  • Tell us a little about your role at AllCall/PropCall

I am the Operations Manager at AllCall and PropCall so my role is ensuring that everything runs smoothly. As our Sales team grows and continues to bring in new business, it’s up to me to onboard our new clients and ensure the high level of service and professionalism we’ve become known for is maintained. With input from our Operations Co-Ordinator’s and the wider Property Management/Client Support Teams, I’ll decide the best way for us to work and make sure that all of the staff are fully supported in doing so.

  • What do you love about your role?

I love that no two days are the same, everyday is new and exciting. I could be onboarding new clients, mapping out new processes, supporting and training staff, dealing with serious issues on behalf of our clients and/or helping out on the phones triaging reported maintenance issues. Anything you can think of that we might be involved in… I’ve done it! Anyone that knows me, knows that it’s hard to convince me to do something I don’t want to. The amount of work I’ve put in here is testament to what we do and how much I believe in us as a team, and as a business.

  • How did you get to where you are today?

It’s been a journey. I’ve been to university twice, once to do Law and then again to do Music. I’ve got a strong customer service background and worked in industries from hospitality to finance. I was part of the original team that launched the business in 2020. We’ve gone from a team of 5 to nearly 30 in the space of 18 months and those lucky few of us that have been here since the start have played a huge part in shaping the culture here. I can’t wait to see where we’ll be in the next year!

  • What makes AllCall/PropCall stand out?

Literally nobody else does what we do and even if they did, I guarantee they wouldn’t be able to do it as well as we do! We go out of our way to provide a bespoke service for an industry that’s crying out for support and we carefully recruit the right people who can not only do the job to a high standard but more importantly, care.

  • What’s your favourite film and why?

I don’t actually have a favourite… but I am the kind of person that will stick on a horror film to relax!

  • If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?

Anything that involves being abroad or alcohol, if it involves both then we’re winning!

  • Who’s your favourite superhero or villain and why?

The Joker! I love the chaos and the unpredictability of him. Whenever he’s around, we get to see Batman at his worst and start to question who’s really the bad guy. The last stand-alone film with Joaquin Phoenix was incredible and showed us that all it takes is one bad day for even the best of us to descend in to villainy!
