Tell us a little about your role at AllCall/Propcall?
I am a Senior Property Manager at AllCall and PropCall; my role is to ensure operations run smoothly for out of hours. As the out of hours team grows I am responsible for training all new staff on processes and procedures for each client, this includes internal systems. Our customer satisfaction is thus maintained for each client, as our professionalism, care and service has become highly known.
What do you love about your role?
That no day is ever the same, some of my colleagues will have already mentioned but it is very true. I love that no matter what issues come our way we always find a way to manage, resolve and deal with any issues. We act professionally, efficiently and with a sense of care not only for our clients but also for their customers too.
My team also plays a big part in to why I love my role, we started out with a small team of four. We have now expanded and watched our team grow, knowledge and experience is being pasted through the team for everyone to achieve their potential.
How did you get to where you are today?
My journey here started during a time of uncertainty in the industry. Covid 19 pandemic which affected many of our lives, I decided to search for roles within property management. I have experience in customer services in a management capacity and was able to transfer my skills. I excel and flourished in my role, now becoming a senior property manager. I was part of the original team that launched the business in 2020. We have a great vision of where we want to be year on year. The small team who were lucky to be here from the inception, are ready to adapt and constantly improve so we can provide the best service to our clients and their customers.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service, which comes along with a wealth of knowledge in property management. We are creating a team where we can share our knowledge and experience with the wider team, and we’ve created training that you can’t find elsewhere in the property industry. We are confident we will continue to lead the way as we are always evolving and improving, we do not stay fixated on the leaps and bound we have made as a company.
Literally nobody else does what we do and even if they did, I guarantee they wouldn’t be able to do it as well as we do! We go out of our way to provide a bespoke service for an industry that’s crying out for support, and we carefully recruit the right people who can not only do the job to a high standard but more importantly, care.
What’s your favourite film and why?
I don’t have a favourite film but if I’m going to sit down and watch anything it would be Only Fools and Horses!
If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?
I would do nothing other than spend time with the people that I love in a beautiful part of the world.
Who’s your favourite superhero or villain and why?
I love Deadpool, because he is the ultimate example of dealing with pain through humour.
